Refund Policy

At Gas Mithra customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

To request a return, the customer must meet the following conditions:

- Product must be damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer must provide a clear unboxing/opening video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

2. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To avoid fraud and false claims, no refund or replacement request will be accepted without a continuous package opening video.

The video must clearly show:

- Sealed package before opening
- Shipping label visible
- Product being opened fully
- Damage / wrong item / issue clearly shown

If no opening video is provided, the claim may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds/replacements will not be given for:

- Change of mind after order delivered
- Minor color difference due to screen display
- Incorrect address given by customer
- Order refused at doorstep
- Product used or damaged after delivery
- Claims raised without opening video

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Final Decision

Gas Mithra reserves the right to inspect claims and make the final decision regarding refunds, replacements, or rejection of fraudulent requests.
